Class information
A class proceeding has been commenced against Ford Motor Company of Canada by Brenda Austin and others, regarding shift work (the “third shift”) that was supposed to commence on July 28th, 2008. Brenda and around 350 others were made offers of employment by Ford, but they were notified prior to commencing work that their shift had been “postponed indefinitely”.
